SANDWICHES: We’ve chosen unique breads and ingredients.  We use fresh sliced meats, not pre-sliced deli meats.  Same for the cheeses – we slice our own.  We use fresh Bosc pears & Gala apples for the Panini.  All green produce is processed daily for the highest quality sandwiches & salads.

The Panini are prepared on a Ciabatta (chabata) roll.  Originating in Italy, it is flat on both sides with a crispy crust and chewy interior.  We brush it lightly with olive oil and grill it until the contents are melty and hot.

Slider –our version of a half sandwich is made on a small Panini roll with your choice of any of the Panini sandwich ingredients then grilled like a Panini.  You can combine the slider with a Bigger cup of soup OR a Spring Greens Salad with your choice of dressing. 

Cold sandwichesare prepared on a croissant.  These are unusual rolls because the crescent curves all around to touch at each end so the ingredients fit nicely as you can see in the photo.

Hot sandwicheslike French Dip, Meatball and Pulled Bar B Q Pork are prepared on Milano French rolls that are freshly baked off each morning.  The roll has a nice crust and soft interior.
